1. All products are custom made and hence require manufacturing time. The manufacturing time of all products are written in their description itself.
2. Once the manufacturing is done, the products are shipped using track on, delhivery , Amazon , Expressbees, DTDC, India Post or blue dart ( for urgent orders) and takes 5-6 days generally to reach to the destination. However, it might take longer if any natural causes occur or the location is far away from our manufacturing unit.
The complete order delivery turnaround time is 7-25 days depending on the product which includes bulk order processing time
3. You are required to keep a track of your package after the tracking details have been provided to you. An agent from the team will email you the tracking instructions and it is the responsibility of the buyer to track the package regularly and inform us timely in case of any issues with the same.
4. While we strive to ensure timely delivery of your orders, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company. However, please be assured that we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues that may arise
