At Just Handcrafted Things every product is carefully handcrafted by our small team of dedicated artists. We take great pride in the quality and uniqueness of each item we create. Because of the personalized nature of our work, we kindly ask that you avoid cancellation or return requests unless there has been an error on our part. We are committed to assisting you throughout the purchasing process, and we appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Should any issues arise with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us, and we will do our best to resolve them promptly.
Cancellation policy
1. You cannot cancel your order once payment has been processed.
2. If in case still cancellation is requested, it can only be done within 12 hours of placing the order. The refund in this case will be made after deduction of 3% payment gateway charges.
Returns policy
1. Since our products are made to order, we do not offer returns on any products
2. Returns can be offered only if you have received wrong product or damaged product.
3. In this case, you are required to record a clear uncut and un paused video of package opening (an unboxing video) where you have to show the package seal being broken, and show the damages in the product in the same video.

Exchange Policy
As our products are custom-made, we do offer exchanges rather than returns. To initiate an exchange, the original product must be returned to us. Please note that the cost of reshipping the exchanged item will be the responsibility of the customer. The turnaround time for exchange products is typically 7-21 days, depending on the specific item. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this process.
Refund policy
1. Once we have the product video, we will screen it for further process.
2. We will then send you the documents to be printed and put up on the package, so that delivery boy can pick it up from your doorstep.
3. If pickup is not available for your address and pin code, in that case, you will be required to ship the product back to us.
4. Please make sure the product is packaged back into a box nicely with bubble wraps and other items that were previously used by us for packaging to avoid any further damages.
5. Once we have received the product back to us, we will screen the product for any further damages or defects.
6. Furthermore, the refund will be made to you within 48 hours of receiving and screening of the products on business days.
